Through these courses, members can learn new stress management techniques, and are encouraged to prioritize their own well-being. This will allow members to better balance caregiver duties and personal health.
- Join Live Caregiving Strategy Sharing Sessions: Participate in live events that promote knowledge sharing about caregiving strategies. These sessions provide a supportive and interactive platform to listen to other member's experiences and share their own.
